If i close LW, then open it, it wont connect
 

Ok so i downloaded limewire, and it ran nice and peachy. Then i closed it, and the next day i opend it and said that im not connected to the internet. Well, gosh darnet i am. So i read up on here, tried some stuff, deleted some stuff, and ill be darned, it worked again! Then when i closed lime wire and re opend it, son of a gun wouldnt connect! I dont want to have to delete and reinstall and stand on one foot just to connect. Whats my problem

Im running windows xp
on aol = \
also firefox, because i like firefox
but aol is my main internet

Just out of interest, did you get LW from www.limewire.com , or did you download it from somewhere else? (if it's a scam version it might never run properly)

If you have a lot of incomplete files in your download window (or any for that matter), try cancelling them before you close Limewire. The incompletes will remain in the library, and you can resume them A FEW AT A TIME when you reopen Limewire. But allow Limewire to start up fully before dong this. I hope it helps.

I use Mac and it is impossible to close Limewire properly with out doing this. I believe the Windows version behaves slightly differently.
