![]() LimeWire has a bug that if you are downloading to many files or doing to many simultaneous searches while downloading it will kill your connection. Try to limit to 2 or 3 consecutive DL and do limited searching while downloading also do not have more than 1 or 2 files searching for sources while downloading. The link below is about this problem. http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...threadid=50743 You can help the Developers of LimeWire figure this problem out by doing stack traces the link below is how to do them with the new versions of LimeWire. http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...threadid=51455 |

![]() Unfortunately I do not know of a fix for this problem. I know the Developers are working on it you can help by taking stack traces and posting them on the Beta page. They are looking at traces from the( com.limegroup.gnutella.io. )choose this function while ruining. Let it run 10 to 15 sec. at a time and post the report in the beta section. http://www.gnutellaforums.com/forumd...?s=&forumid=21 Last edited by Grandpa; January 17th, 2006 at 08:46 PM. |
