Default Java Problem : Except it's Not Them

I'm having this pop up every time I try to run Limewire :

'Limewire was unable to load the Java Runtime Eniviroment. Please download and install a newer version from http://www.java.com.'

So I did that. Three times. And it's the latest version for Java. So it can't be Java that's screwed up. What do you think?

Did you use the "offline" installer for Java? See here:

Use the Add/Remove programs control panel to remove Java before you reinstall it with the "Offline" version. It sounds like your Java installations are incomplete/corrupted due to installing online.

If still problems after this, then reinstall LW using the "Offline" installer version. No need to uninstall the previous copy of LW as the installer will uninstall it at the beginning of the installation process.
