It doesn't sound good at all. I wonder if Optimum online have changed their policies. There have been reports before. See http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...threadid=52643

My apologies, I must have been a bit slow today; also see ISP's known to BLOCK or Filter p2p or specifically Limewire

I suspect forwarding your port won't make any difference.
