connection freezes computer
 

so this is my first time using limewire. i opened it one time and a pop up came up saying i have a firewall blocking limewire from connecting and it will keep trying to connect. but when i searched for a song, it still worked. then today i opened it again and the same pop came up again. but then my computer froze after. the same thing happened everytime i tried. im using a Windows ME computer.

so i have two problems; why does my computer keep freezing? and how do i check my firewall so it could allow limewire? because i don't have norton internet security or mcafee or anything else.
