the main page doenst even come up ... the only thing that cmoes up is that lil BOX where it says 'opening lime wire' ... 'launching lime wire' ' loading ....... ' and so on ... u know what i mean !??



I HOPE!! lol i dont know how else to explain it

Ok, don't know if this will help but you might need to change the Java version. This seems to help some people who get stuck on "loading user interface". Follow LOTR's advice here

k i think i know what im going for in college now lmao.... a ******* computer technician!!!

this is confusing lol
i wish my brother wouldnt be lazy and do it for me..he knows more about computers then me!!! lol

Tell your brother that birdy said he should help you out

Just try going to the Java 1.4.2 as in the link. It won't hurt & you can always get the newer version again if it doesn't work!! I know a lot of people say don't use an earlier Java, but it seems to be a fix for some probs.

And...aint it a fun way to spend a Saturday afternoon

where do i uninstall the java that i did already ???? i went into the " add and remove " and i cant find it..or is it under another name

Might be JRE (Java Runtime Environment). You have me stumped, it should be there. My Java versions are there when I go to add/remove programs.

Did it install ok to start with?
