Limewire closing down

Hi can anyone tell me why when i have minimized limewire if i havent done anything with it for about half hour it closes down and then restarts back up

It goes into passive mode right? As in it closes off a UP connection, see http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...ight=idle+mode
