Isp Blocking Ports

hi, My ISP is blocking P2P programs, I am on a residential LAN and noone in the complex can use limewire/emule etc.
I've tried the port connection test to limewire (www3.limewire.com:6346) and it doesnt work. I've tried changing ports but doesnt work. I did an online port scan and most are closed. My firewall is disabled.
3 months ago limewire worked fine, but then they started blocking cos everyone was downloading. I've done all the purging limewire files, tried proxies, even a html tunnel, but nothing works.

If any1 has this problem and ACTUALLY fixed it, please please help me with this. Is there a way around this problem, or should I just stop looking?

See if you can get DSL on your phone line. Cable is probably
out because some of them tend to block P2P as well. TV
cabling setups owned by landlords also tend to be weak for
internet connections.
