at the time i bought lime wire i also purchsed pro.but when i try to use it it wont recognise the e-mail address i always use

If you bought basic LW then you were scammed. Basic is free. Pro costs US$18.88 for 6 months of email support & updates.
The only place to get the official, clean versions of LW is www.limewire.com
