 Well, it would be better if you explained what your problem is, rather than just ranting  Read this thread. Make sure you have your firewall configured properly. Don't run 2 firewalls together. Read all the info about UPnP. If your router uses UPnP, make sure it's on in the router & ticked in LW (tools > options > advanced > firewall config. Tick use UPnP & apply). | FrostWire's setting up is identical to LimeWire! So either way, you need to set up your firewall properly or else, you'll miss out on improved results in searching (& thus downlds), & won't be able to share very well. And definitely wouldn't be able to direct connect if your firewall/modem/router is not configured properly for LW. |
