Default help meeeee....cant connect...

i m using lime wire basic 4.10.9 and i have win xp installed...the problem is that when i installed limewire it was not working then after 1 or 2 days it suddenly started workin fine but now its again not working and says error that ur machine does not have active internet connection or a firewall is blocking it from accesing the internet...i have configured my firewall at port 50076 but it still says that i m behind a firewall and when ever i try to search something it says that lime wire is corrently connecting....
as i m a new user so i dont know that how can i know that i have upnp enabled???(i have enabled upnp framework in windows firewall excaptions and also added limewire in that list of excaptions) and i dont know what is router or NAT firewall...i have lan connection and i m using lan card named earthnet....
some people told me that may be my service provider is blocking lime wire to access how can i know that he is blocking lime wire....the link http://www3.limewire.com:6346/ provided by u says that ur test worked but when i use prot 50076 instead of 6346 it says the page cannot be displayed......
note that i have also installed bearshear(gnutella network) and it was working fine when i installed it but next day it also stopped working....
please help me fix my limewire

The UPnP software/firmware is within your modem/router. You need to open the modem device's web page in order to enable UPnP.
eg: a Linksys web address is generally 192.168.1.1 which you type into the http:// address box of your browser. A D-Link address will probably be 192.168.0.1 And a Netgear probably 192.168.1.1, etc. So you need to find out the address of your device. Check your manual or follow the link here & find your brand to get links; Connection problems? Check here first! (click on link)

BTW the test page you tried is only for testing to see if port 6346 is open, not any other port number.
