Your Save Folder Is Not Valid
 

After installing Limewire, I click on the icon to run the program. But, as it's trying to open I get an error message saying, "Your save folder is not valid. It may have been deleted, you may not have permissions to write to it, or there may be another problem. Please choose a different folder."

So, I click on the "OK" button, but nothing ever happens. How can I fix this so I can open Limewire? Thanks.

I fixed the problem with the "save folder" message. I've deleted my preferences folder, un-installed Java and Limewire, then re-installed it all. Also checked my firewall, router, etc.

But, now I get as far as the window that says "Loading User Interface" when everything seems to freeze and won't go any farther. Any suggestions for getting past this? Thanks.
