![]() I did the whole deal where I reconfigured my windows firewall to let limewire through. I went into advanced settings and added the two gnutella things for TCP and UDP, yadda yadda. This WAS working fine, now it's all wierd. The port that limewire is listening to had changed, so I changed it back to 6346. I went into the two Gnutella deals to see if they were different and the IP address had been changed to the default name of my computer. I changed it back to 127.0.0.1 and clicked okay, when I clicked it again to save it and went back in, the IP had been changed back to my computer's default name. While I'm mentioning problems, after I run limewire for a while using a LAN line instead of wireless, it wont open a browser. Like it opens it, but it wont even act like it's connected to the internet. I have to unplug the modem and plug it back in to make it work. Any ideas? Many thanks as always, CP |
