why won't lime wire connect
 

when I rest my mouse on the bars showing connection strengh, it say " Connecting to the next work" It has been saying this for the last hour. I have DSL windows xp, and just installed a new copy of limewire. I had installed it before but it would not connect then either..



any thoughts

Specially the "... check here first" section. It has lots of info on how to configure firewalls etc.
