Default Warning saying internal corruption

I have been using Limewire for a few month but today I got warning
"LimeWire has encountered a fatal internal error and will exit. This is generally caused by a corrupted installed. Please try downloading and installing again." I followed these instructions but problem still there. The warning also says
"To aid with debugging, pleas click "send" to notify LimeWire about the problem. If desired, you can "Review" to look at the information that will be sent. If the problem persists, please copy and paste the "review" message and send to: bugs@limewire.com"
I have done that but keep getting e-mail back saying e-mail unknown. Can someone help me please

You will have to un install Java and LimeWire un install LimeWire first then Un Install Java remove all versions of Java remove it from Add and Remove Programs.

Then click on the Java icon in my Sig choose the manual install then choose the off line installer. Install Java then install LimeWire get LimeWire at the link below.

You sent me a PM saying it didn't work sorry for the delay in answering back I didn't notice it. If you click on the java icon at the bottom of the page and choose manual, at the top of the page above the version choices step #3 is verify if you click on it what does it say.
