1st time install: LW fails to initialize[no net firewall/loopback msg]

If the #12 test works: should I still reinstall Java & LW?
do I still need to verify UPnP?

2nd time user with this PC. 1st time with DSL and wireless
12. Do this simple test for us. Using your browser go here: http://www3.limewire.com:6346/ The page should say 'Your test worked!'. What happens when you go there?
