i dont think it's an ISP problem. i forgot to mention earlier, but other P2P programs work. i also have bitcomet and ares and both are working fine. just limewire
oh and just now i restarted limewire for the umpteenth time...and a firewall's up around the globe the notice pops up....inactive internet connection or firewall's blocking it...checked the bug report example...received incoming this session: false!!! limewire is just so frustrating! does anyone have any other recommendations for p2p file sharing programs that are quick downloaders for videos especially? i'm about at the end of my patience
