Exclamation Plz Help! Going nuts...

Ok I have had the same internet set-up, firewall, programs..everything for about a year...all of the sudden about 2 weeks ago all my p2p progs wanna start screwing up on me. so I called my ISP about 8 times trying to get some help...each person gave me a different answer...one said they were repairing lines out here but how would web-pages work but programs not connect? another person said it sounds like a black worm virus slowing my pc down...so I formatted both hard drives 3 times each..nothing has worked ive done all the comments i can find...I did the port 6436 test and it said test worked...i dont have Sp2 installed yet soo obviously no firewall problem...i configured my Zone alarm Firewall to work with it and still no luck...it gets 2 green bars then drops back to one then 0...i can search for like 30 seconds then I cant anymore....the Firewall picture also still shows up..Idk but it's driving me crazy any help is much appreciated!!

Well, I can't find any info about UPnP for your modem either. Doesn't seem to have an internal firewall so that wouldn't be a problem. You could try changing ports but since the default port's not being blocked, I don't really think it'd be much use

I did find this, about Cebridge Cable blocking other apps

I'd say it's your ISP that's the problem. There's some info here about changing ports here, follow LOTR's advice

Someone else here might be able to help you more

Do you see a brick wall in front of your firewall blue world icon at the bottom of the LW interface? Do this test: Bug Report instructions & sample image Is the result True/False?

I presume you configured the firewall for Zonealarm right? Check (advisable not to have 2 active firewalls b/c they can interfere with each other); Firewall configuration instructions (click on link) ie: Make sure you have your XP firewall turned off!
