 speed problems 2 Hi i'm from this thread http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showthread.php?t=54194 and I contacted my ISP and they insist in telling that they are not shaping my connection and my connection is perfect to do anything.... But my downloads at p2p in general is still at ~1KB/s What do i do now???? What is the metter with my PC??? Is my ISP lying??? Please help me  |
