Thank you. Follow the F5D7230-4v7.01 instructions here carefully: http://www.portforward.com/english/r...1/Limewire.htm
Remember you'll need to set up a static ip before you do the port forwarding otherwise it won't work. Instructions on how to do this included.

BTW if you don't have the F5D7230-4v7.01 then see F5D7230-4 here http://www.portforward.com/english/r...4/Limewire.htm

After this you may need to save the settings in your router & also reboot ... I'm not sure about your brand. But you'll also need to restart LW after you have completed the process.

Try the port forwarding instead. Yes your norton might also be an issue.

By default LW uses port 6346. But you can also try any between 49152 - 65535 such as 64049
