Is this your first try with LW=no i have it for like 1 year..and it has happend before than i had to format my computer and it worked and then it did it again and now it just wont work
And I have done all those fire walls settings and all | Hi Blue, could you answer the questions  What is your OS? What is the firewall that's turned on? What are the brand name and model numbers of your modem and/or router?
Before LW stopped working, did you have any UPnP enabled for connecting or were you using port forwarding? I can't find any info about that ISP.
What happened when you tried the port test... did it work?
