Trying to get connect,firewall problem
 
Basically it says im behind a firewall but im not ive done all the norton configs etc but no luck so i turn to you guys to try and help me.

1. OS version? Windows XP
2. What firewalls you have? Norton,Windows (both turned off)
3. How much ram? 2GB
4. Hard Disk space available? 400GB
5. Connection type? (eg: dialup, broadband, cable, etc.) DSL
6. Modem & router brand name & model numbers? Netgear DG814
7. Where are you trying to connect from (home, school, work, etc.)? Home
8. What version of Limewire (LW) & Java do you have? (Go to LW's menu Help>About LW...) Will show both LW & Java version.LW 4.10.9 Java1.5.0.03
9. Who is your isp provider (Internet Service Provider)?LAN
10. Are you sharing the connection with other computers or p2p sharing programs? If yes, please give details of set up.Nope
11. Do this simple test for us. Using your browser go here: http://www3.limewire.com:6346/ The page should say 'Your test worked!'. What happens when you go there?Your test worked
12. Does anyone see a brick wall in front of the blue world icon at the bottom of LW? yes that damn brick wall

I'm sure you're aware about your Netgear having an internal firewall?!?

I have done the steps shown on the second link but am unsure how to get into my router config any help would be greatly appricated

Try typing 192.168.0.1 into your browser, see if that gets you into your router. By default the username is admin & the password is password. Click OK to log into your router.

If enabling UPnP doesn't work for you & you want to try port forwarding, you'll find the instructions here. Don't forget to set up a static IP address first!

There are 2 DG814 routers, one a straight 814 & one an 814v4.0... the link above is for the 814.
