Error save folder not valid
 

When trying to start limewire i receive the message, "Your save folder is not valid. It may have been deleted, you may not have permissions to write to it, or there may be another problem. Please choose a different folder." Unfortuantely i can not chose a diff. folder becuase limewire never starts up...i've tried reninstalling limewire same error message...please help thanks

You might try to delete your " .limewire " preference folder when LW is completely closed (i.e. also in the system tray). Though I'm not sure that this is the solution to your problem, this trick has already helped a lot of people to get rid of strange problems..:)...look at point 2&3 in the following thread:
