![]() I am very upset. I payed for a 2 year subscrition to LimeWire & now I can not download music, because of connection problems. I have never had this problem until recently. I did change my dsl provider & maybe this is Why? I keep getting an error message that states: Your machine does not appear to have an active Internet Connection or a firewall is blocking LimeWire from accessing the internet. LimeWire will automatically keep trying to connect you to the network. I do have an active internet connection. I do not understand what has happened. It really sucks when you can't find a phone number for technical support for LimeWire. I reallly think this is bad customer service on their part. Is there someone out there that has a phone number for LimeWire where I can get live assistance? Please advise. Thank - You. |
