And this link could be helpful if the other doesn't show you how to disable the firewall:

hey sorry to ask a lot of questions but what does this mean,

The only way to completely disable the firewall on all hook points is to execute the command through the CLI with the following command:
:firewall config state disabled

thankyou

CLI means command line interface. Go here and scoll down till you see your model number, there is the user guide of the CLI:

I'd say you use this one:

firewall config

Configure the firewall options.
SYNTAX:

firewall config

[state = <{disabled | enabled}>]

[keep = <{disabled | enabled}>]

[tcpchecks = <{none | fast | exact}>]

[udpchecks = <{disabled|enabled}>]

[icmpchecks = <{disabled | enabled}>]

[logdefault = <{disabled | enabled}>]

[logthreshold = <{disabled | enabled}>]

[tcpwindow = <number{0-1073725440}>]

where:

state

Enable or disable the firewall.

The default is enabled.

Honestly, I've no idea......:o
What I could imagine is that you either need to use the "Tab" of your keyboard to switch from enabled to disabled, or the arrows of your keyboard or even maybe a manual input of the words......
