Wink Norton SystemWorks Premier

Will not accept/permit Lime Wire. I have hit the permit button a thousand times and it's the same thing every 20 seconds! Lime Wire is in all my exceptions it's also permitted in my windows and Norton exceptions. I also have to connect manually because all of a sudden there is the brick wall showing at the bottom. What else can I possibly do? This Security Alert pop up is so annoying I'm about to uninstall! And I love this thing! LOL! Please Help!
