Check the disk. It might be full or you might need to scan it for errors.

unfortently i clicked the refresh & explore butten and all of my savings was gone what should i do to get my things back?

If you have a disk problem those missing files are the least of your worries.
Shut down everything you can and scan the disk for errors before trying
anything else. Otherwise you might end up losing everything on that disk.
