Default i woke up yesterday with 'one bar' syndrome

please help!
i can't connect.
i've tried many of the recommendations from this forum, but none have worked. restarting Limewire doesn't help. restarting the computer doesn't work. connecting manually doesn't work. turning my mac firewall 'on' and then back 'off' doesn't work. changing the connection port to 65000 doesn't work.

1. OS version? MAC OS 10.4.11
2. What firewalls you have? have them turned 'off' in system preferences. limewire still shows the 'firewall symbol' in the bottom left corner...
3. How much ram? 512mb
4. Hard Disk space available? 4GB
5. Connection type? broadband
6. Modem & router brand name & model numbers? Actiontec GT701
7. Where are you trying to connect from ? [Chouse
8. What version of LimeWire (LW) & Java do you have? LW4.18.3 Java 1.5.0_13
9. Who is your ISP (Internet Service Provider)?Qwest
10. Do this simple test for us. Using your browser go here: http://www3.limewire.com:6346/ The page should say 'Your test worked!'. What happens when you go there? displays "your test worked!"
11. Are you sharing the connection with other computers or p2p sharing programs? I have a Linksys router...I'm plugged into it via Ethernet
12. Is this a your 1st try at LW or is this a new problem with an experienced user. New problem. Used Limewire successfully a couple weeks ago. This problem presented itself just a couple days ago
13. Do you see a brick wall in front of the blue world icon at the bottom of LW's interface? _ Yes, but i have "firewall OFF' selected in system preferences
14. For those using a modem/router, how is your modem/router set up...are you port forwarding or is UPnP enabled? unsure
15. What security programs are you using (antivirus etc)? none that i know of
16. What country are you living in? usa

Default it's official?

i just installed limewire on another computer we have here at the house....same mac OS with firewall turned off. same connection problem. i've never had this problem before, so i'd be willing to bet that Qwest has now instituted a block!

how can i possibly work around this?
