Default Help please

I cannot connect to the network. My windows firewall is off and my Norton firewall is set to permit all Limewire. My modem is an Arris model CM550A. Ive tried most everything and still cant get the wall out from in front of the globe.

Yes I have and yes I do have a wall in front of my globe. I have connected before so I know its not Norton but this is a new modem installed this morning. I do not have an old modem and I have not been able to connect at all since they put this one in.

The reason I suggested norton is because norton needs reconfiguring if you install a new version of LW.

A new modem huh!? Well that sounds like the problem! I don't know thes specifics for that brand so I'd suggest checking their update site or forums or the manual that came with it.
