Problem Connecting at work?
 

i'm having problems with this on my work computer... i think the it dept have some sort of firewall preventing its use, is there anyway seeing as ive just paid for this that i could re-download it onto my computer at home without paying again?

You can run multiple copies of LW pro. But when it comes to the work situation ... yes they most likely will have a firewall to protect their business. I guess you could ask your system technician/manager if it's ok to run LW thru the firewall & ask if an exception can be made for it in the firewall configuration rules. Not sure of your meaning. But if you purchased pro then yes. With pro you get 6 months of free updates so you can downld it whenever needed (bookmark your personal downld page.) After all you paid $18.88 right? The basic version you can downld as many times as you want to. Basic is free.
