 Firewall Okay, just a warning: I don't know anything about computers. I got to my dorm recently and tried to start up Limewire, but there's a brick in front of my globe, so I don't connect. What can I do about this?  |

| Unfortunately many schools block or shape bandwidth against p2p programs. Except for that, if you have access to the connection device then make sure UPnP is enabled. Also make sure the firewall on your computer is configured to allow LW full access. See the 3 sections here for details: Connection problems? Check here first! (click on link) |
