Default Was working fine then I messed sumthing up please HELP!!

I've worked with limewire before and I know how to work it and everything. I downloaded it and it was working fine, except it made my computer slow, so I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. Well when I did that I would try to start it up and an error message came up saying, "Your save folder is not valid." Please choose a different folder. Well I dont know how to do that or what it's talking about. I really need help with this I'm going crazy!!!

Try deleting LW's preferences folder (make sure LW's properly closed first). Points 2 & 3 below tell you how
Fixes for LimeWire

Within LW, go tools > options > saving. That will show you the location of your saved folder & you can change the location from here if you like. By default it's C:\Documents and Settings\your name\Shared.
Deleting the preferences should set things back to default...see how you go after that.
