I have inadvertently lost my Limewire Pro which I paid for several months ago, following my Mac being taken in for repair. I have trawled all their sites and can't find any way of asking Limewire to re-connect me.

Can anyone please point me in the right direction?

Please note I am UK-based so a US telephone number is not relevant.

If you bought LW from the official site (www.limewire.com) less than 6 months ago, go to the link below & enter the email address that you used to buy Pro. You should be able to download another installer from there!

Thanks Birdy - I have completed the form on that page and await a response.

If you have succeeded in sending a form to pro support, I am a lttle mistified that you cannot click on "already bought pro" on the purchase page, enter the same email address, and download a new version of pro. Are you getting an error message from Limewire (or your browser) BTW you should use Safari to download Limewire.
