I hope you're using an ethernet connection for your cable & not usb or else you may suffer the same problems.

Hi LOFTR

I will ask that it is ethernet - I have ethernet currently going to the SAM SUNG box so it shouldn't be a problem when they install the cable modem? - I will insist on the ethernet if this is possible if not they can poke it!
