Limewire not connecting/no connections are showing up

HD Space: 200GB
Connection Type: Cable
Modem & Router Name: Motorola Surfboard SBG900
Connection: Connecting from home
What version of LimeWire (LW) & Java do you have? 4.15.0 Java 1.6.0_03
Who is your ISP (Internet Service Provider)? Road Runner
Limewire Website test: Worked
Are you sharing the connection with other computers or p2p sharing programs? Sharing connection with girlfriends laptop
Is this a your 1st try at LW or is this a new problem with an experienced user. New problem been using limewire for a lot of years.
Do you see a brick wall in front of the blue world icon at the bottom of LW's interface? Yes
What security programs are you using (antivirus etc)? Avast only
What country are you living in? USA

Now my problem is i've been using Limewire for a lot of years and never had a problem untill just recently after i reformated. When limewire loads it does everything correctly but the starting connections stays red. When i go to view connections I don't even see Limewire trying to connect to peers or networks. Has anyone ever had this problem before or know how to fix it? Also I've never had to configure my router or anything its always worked for 2+ years without a problem.
