i tried it twice but the effing wall is still there what do i do now

Haven't had any problems-except for bearshare clients D/L-ing from me tend to get stuck sometimes-I am pretty sure that the prob there is w/them-has happened through WIN vers's:98,ME,ME PRO,2000,2000 PRO,and XP PRO-didn't keep Vista around long enough to even add my shared file- WHAT A P.O.S. program !:(
Anywho's, looking @ the ISP's, when they drop off and re-link, they get the rest of the file....So, anyway, since I'm at this thread, did anybody ever tell the people w/ firewall issues they can scroll over the f/w symbol and, in MOST cases, get info about the f/w, and then simply open the program(F/W),goto settings/permissions, and allow L/W with full program access ??Seems to be an easy fix, even for a newbie????:cheesy::yahoo:
