 Plusnet is your problem I suspect. Find Plusnet listed here & the advice given ISP's known to BLOCK or Filter p2p or specifically Limewire. Try a higher port number. That means you will also need to add this port to firewalls such as your netgear router. But also check this since you said you may have updated: Reconfiguring Norton Firewall  |
