Have you made sure that the XP firewall is off? Double check that & also check your ghostwall config to make sure LW's given full access.

The Westell 6100 has an internal firewall. AFAIK your model's made specifically for BellSouth & so it might be slightly different to the standard 6100
If it supports UPnP, enable this within the router & choose the UPnP option within LW's tools > options > advanced > firewall config.
If that doesn't help, you can try port forwarding. Check the site below...there are step by step instructions.

And in case those instructions don't work, or pages don't look the same as your router:

Is there a 'help' option somewhere in Ghostwall that you can use to check for config instructions? Have you tried disabling it (just for a little while) to see if LW connects then?

Can you ask the person who installed Ghostwall if they can show you how to add rules for LW (sorry, I've never used that particular firewall)? Check the thread below (it's from a different forum), it might help a bit:
http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=117458

I can't find any specific config instructions but maybe someone else here uses it & can help you out??
