Firewall problem

i cant open limewire so i looked to see if i have a firewall by searching my computer and there is one called WindowsFirewall.dll but its in the folder C:\Program Files\LimeWire
so im wondering since it says limewire in it does it come with the program? and if not how do i turn it off (im only 14 so im quite stupid at this)

go into the windows fire wall and either disable it or allow limewire
