 It looks like lauritastlouis is suffering the same type of problem with Charter. We've had a lot of complaints from Charter users with the same issue. Shaw is reknown to be doing this. Other forums also have noted the same thing. And I think the company at some point admitted it. But I might be wrong about that because I haven't researched Shaw for many months.  |
