In Dire Need Of Help! Please!
 

Okay, so i used to have limewire on my computer but then my registry got screwed up and i had to reinstall windows. So after I did, the guy who fixed my computer added programs like McFree Virus Console and AdWatch 6 and sutff. Now the connection is horrible. Once in a blue moon do all the bars turn green and it works right. It used to work amazingly all the time before and i dont know how to change it.
I dont knos where to locate the Windows utility tray because there isnt any icon on the toolbar. I'm getting really frustrated and have tried everything. I have turned off my firewall, but the globe behind the brickwall is still there. I have tried to turn off the Virsus console thing but dont know how and now am stuck
