I have a high speed connection. But i do not wish to be used as a Ultrapeer. I have disabled Ultrapeer but it for reason I am still being used as an Ultrapeer. What else can I do to stop this from happening.

You're not connecting as an ultrapeer...if you check the top left corner of the connections page you'll see Connection Status. In your jpeg your status is leaf:D
If you're a leaf, you connect to ultrapeers (to help with your searches).
Check my attachment...that's what it looks like if you're connecting as an ultrapeer.
