Connection Problems Problems getting the LimeWire or WireShare program connecting to the Gnutella network.

router port forwarding Now that I have installed a router, I can't connect to Limewire. I've viewed the FAQ's, gone to the Gnutella page on firewalls, but haven't found the piece of information I need to setup port forwarding. The modem requires the port (6346?), forwarding IP address (go to TCP control panel for the TCP/IP address) and the service type (is this TCP?). My computer is a Mac running OS 9.x, using DSL. |
