ya i tried doing a system recovery, and it didnt delete those isps

Incomplete Download File won't delete at all (click on link). This link has some programs listed to help delete files that refuse to delete.
You might want to clean the registry up a bit too: http://www.ccleaner.com/
It will help get rid of files that aren't needed anymore such as old version registry files that are sometimes left behind.

i installed the ccleeaner but it didnt seem to do anytihng to help limewire run

Just hang tight, we have been advised that some security apps have added things to their updates and apparently allowing a p2p app as an exception doesn't make a difference... we are just waiting to hear back from a member on the fix for this...Don't give up hope yet...btw did we tell you how wonderful you have been through all of this, you have the patience of a saint...

ok, i just tried opening limewire and i got a fatal error that said something about a corrupt installation? anyone know what this is about? and bigpaul hopefully this thread will help fix our problems, atleast im not alone lol

ugh, just restarted and i didnt get the corrupt installation message, its still not working though

now it wont even take me to the main page when i click the limewire icon, this is frusturating

In that case, try deleting your LW Preferences folder whilst LW is closed; instructions here: Point #2 & 3 in Fixes for Limewire (sample image included at bottom of page.) It might also be worth reinstalling LW (but use the "Offline" installer.) Perhaps removing some of those security apps has affected LW negatively somehow.
