Thumbs up Hey, recent connection problem.

Just got a new laptop and Limewire connected and worked fine. Then I put Norton on my laptop and it deleted Limewire. So I got Limwire back and it won't connect. I though about Norton's firewall, so I added Limewire to the list of things to let connect. It worked fine the night I added it. But the next day Limewire wouldn't connect. Anyone know why?

You might have to totally reconfigure Norton

Also, make sure that XP's firewall is off

Ive had to just completely turn the Norton firewall off and turn the windows firewall on. It solves the problem, but is there any other way to keep it on?
