i have contacted tiscali who were surprisingly receptive - I spoke to a call centre in London 08450774488 spoke to a manager - who forwarded my details to the head office in milton keynes - I got the impression that ths is something they know about but are being told not to admit that to the cust - call them and kick up a stink - might help you.... i'll let u know how I go!! - the manager guy said that head office may send me a fix... don't know what that means - let u know anyway - cheers
