 hi cant connect to limewire it sucks hi peeps i cant connect to limwire i am running windows xp pro i have a broudband connection but it wont be that cuase my windows 2000 comp connects fine to limewire it just wont connect to limewire i have turned off the firewall no diffrence looked at the forms no diffrence looked at the expectations they are ticked i just dont see why it will not connect i have avast could it be that witch is blocking this connection  |

 If Avast has a firewall component, make sure that you have Limewire as an exception...Windows XP also has a firewall...same thing, although you should only have one firewall enabled. If you have two, one should be turned off. Modems & Routers can also have built-in firewalls. Are your computers different in this aspect? Good Luck  P.S.
