only one small bar of green in the connection tab Howya Eh yeah looks like im having similar problems to the majority in here. Basically just getting that one wee green bar in the connestion tab and thats it. Lots of schools block p2p use...are other people at Uni using LW successfully? You should ask whoever's in charge of the internet use whether the Uni allows p2p use. You could try connecting thru a different port, this may or may not help. In LW tools > options > advanced > firewall config. Change LW's listening port to 64049. Any ports allowed thru a software firewall or forwarded thru a router will have to be the same number;) Its not a good idea to run multiple firewalls. Better to pick one, configure it properly & disable the rest. Rather than giving you more protection, multiple firewalls will interfere with each other. |
