You could try changing ports. If it is your ISP throttling your downloads, there's no guarantee that things would improve but try if you like. Go for a higher port 49152 - 65535 (some people use 64049). You'd have to change LW's listening port & also the port forwarded thru your router.

I can't find an acceptable use/fair access policy for your ISP to show that they're limiting downloads...but that doesn't mean that they're not doing it!

This is part of their Terms of Service, so maybe they're anti p2p.

I'd guess that yeah they're anti-P2P. Thanks for all the help birdy but I guess that I'll just have to go to buying CDs.
