Try changing ports & see if anything improves.
If not, give me the model of your D-Link & you could try forwarding a port thru your router.

Ok here are instructions for your router
http://www.portforward.com/english/r...4/Limewire.htm

Before you forward a port, make sure to set up a static IP address. You'll find a link for this within those port forwarding instructions.

Remember...the port forwarded & LW's listening port must be the same number.

It worked a few minutes ago...just give it a little while & try it again (page isn't loading for me right now, either).

Set it up on the computer that you want to forward the port for...the one that you're having probs with.

If port forwarding doesn't help then I'd guess it's some Rogers issue.

Nothing would go wrong...except that port forwarding wouldn't work. You're not changing your normal IP at all...just setting up one for your router to recognise.
